We are located just a few minutes away from the fuel terminal, which gives us easy access to a virtually unlimited supply of home heating oil and commercial fuel. This means that our customers never have to worry about running low on fuel.

Boiler Inspections

New York City requires that all commercial properties file a boiler inspection each year, and we offer our valued commercial customers this inspection service free of charge. Save hundreds over calling in other companies for the same service! If any violations are found, we’re qualified to correct them. You only have to pay the city fee of $30 per boiler, but we will inspect all of your boilers as a free value service. Plus, we will handle all the necessary paperwork and make sure your equipment is up to code.

Oil Tank Inspections

We also do inspections for tanks over 1100 gallons, as regulated by the Department of Environmental Conservation. The DEC requires this inspection take place every 5 years.
