A service agreement for your heating or cooling system is like health insurance for your body—with wellness care included. That’s because our Master Heating tune-up or 16-point Master Cooling tune-ups are included with you service plan at no extra charge.

Rucci Oil Company’s service plans help eliminate surprise repair bills, prevent heating equipment or cooling equipment problems, extend equipment life and keep your system running more efficiently, which means you’ll use less fuel and save money on heating bills.  

Big savings on repairs

An outstanding benefit of both our oil heat and natural gas heat service plans is that they provide comprehensive repair coverage for both parts and labor. 

Our Value Plan covers over 80 different parts, while our Total Comfort Plan extends this coverage to more than 50 additional parts. Just about anything that could conceivably go wrong on your oil heating system or your natural gas heating system is included. You can’t find any better protection than this.

In addition to heating service plans, Rucci also offers a comprehensive air conditioning service plan, which includes our 16-point Master Cooling tune-up. Our Value Air Conditioning Plan gets you a 10% discount on all parts and labor, a $50 replacement allowance for compressor units, and much more. The Maximum Cool Air Conditioning Plan includes everything in the Value Plan, plus full parts and labor coverage for more than 40 major parts.

24-hour emergency service

As a service plan customer, you are also entitled to priority emergency service, 24 hours a day.

$50 in Loyalty Credits

Every time you renew your service agreement, we will reward you with $50 in Loyalty Credits. You can build up as much as $500 in credits, which you can apply toward the purchase of new heating and cooling equipment from us. That’s something to think about if your heating system is getting older.

Optional coverage for water heaters

For a few dollars each month, you can add coverage for your oil-fired or natural gas water heater. Coverage includes burner parts, the aquastat and other controls, and the emergency switch. Annual maintenance is included as well. You can request this coverage when you enroll in a heating system service plan.

TankSure^®, a tank protection program, can also be included in your service plan.
