Heating and air conditioning systems operate for months on end and need regular maintenance—just like your car. Regular maintenance keeps your system working at peak efficiency and also gives our technicians a chance to catch minor wear and tear before it turns into major trouble down the road.
Our Master Heating tune-up keeps your oil or gas heat equipment working efficiently, which can cut annual fuel use by as much as 10%. It also ensures that your heating system operates safely, which helps prevent dangerous levels of carbon monoxide.
Our 16-point Master Cooling tune-up can reduce energy use by more than 10%. That's because we check your system's coolant level when we do the tune-up; if your coolant is even 10% low, it can boost air conditioning bills by 20%. Plus, annual maintenance greatly extends the life of your equipment.
The best time to schedule your tune-up
Some customers wait until fall and the first cold snap to ask us for a heating system tune-up. Unfortunately, that’s a busy time for us because we’re also responding to our first wave of no-heat calls.
That’s why we encourage you to schedule your heating system tune-up between April and October. It’s easier to get a convenient service appointment during the warm weather months. We ask that you call in advance to schedule your air conditioning system tune-up for the period between April and June.
Please keep in mind that tune-ups do not wear off. So even if your system is tuned up a few months before the heating season, it will still be in top condition and ready to go when you turn it on in the fall.
We try to call or send reminder cards to all of our customers to schedule their annual tune-ups in the spring and summer. However, you can make scheduling more convenient for yourself if you just fill out the form below:
